Bill Monhollon's interest in the building trades began with his participation in the carpentry classes offered at West Ottawa High School. During that time, Bill realized that building was his life’s ambition.

In 1982, Bill began his own construction company. His expertise spans from the entry level to custom home, light commercial, re-modeling and additions. He has seen the company steadily grow because of his, his crews’ and suppliers’ attention to detail. Bill and his crew do all their own carpentry work with no subcontracting so his high standard of quality is maintained.

Bill prides himself on meeting with clients and handling each project personally. He begins by working on all aspects of design and the blueprints whether the plans are the customer’s or custom drawn. He takes the time to explain what ideas will work and why some may not. Bill puts it all together to bring Personal Service – Professional Results.

The highlight of his 20th year in business is the construction of a new home for his family that is also his first ever Parade of Homes entry.

A life long resident of the Holland area, Bill Monhollon is a member of the Home Builders Association of the Holland Area. He has served on the Board of Directors including as President in 2000.
